Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Comfort scores below average — At 5.3, the Comfort category is much lower than other scores – a sign that some guests may find the beds, pillows, or overall room comfort lacking.
  • Modest overall rating — The hotel's 7.5 overall rating sits below the Hanoi average of 8.1, and it ranks 1603rd out of 2147 properties in the area.
  • Dining is unremarkable — The Dining category scores 7.5, slightly lower than most other areas, so food and beverage options may not be a highlight.
  • Limited room variety — With just 24 rooms and mostly king-bed configurations, the hotel may not suit groups needing multiple beds or larger family rooms.

The bottom line

A practical, compact stay on Lac Long Quan with strong staff service and comfortable rooms, but comfort concerns and a below-average rating mean it's a solid choice for short trips rather than a destination hotel.

7.5Best for travellers who value convenience, a helpful team, and soundproofed calm on a busy street.
